How to Change the Reading Voice on Your Device
Instructions
To change the voice that reads articles aloud, you usually want your device’s reading or text-to-speech voice, not dictation. On iPhone that is under Spoken Content. On Mac it is under Read & Speak. On Android it is usually under Text-to-speech output. On Windows, changing installed speech voices is commonly handled through Narrator / Speech settings. (Apple Support)
